ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Upon successfully placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email to acknowledge the completion of your purchase. Please allow some time for this confirmation email to be processed and sent to your inbox, as it might take a short while to generate and deliver.
Once your items have been carefully prepared, packaged, and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Typically, this notification will be sent out within 2-3 business days from when you placed your order.
This shipping confirmation email will contain relevant tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate its anticipated arrival. Kindly note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and other external factors.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. It's important to note that during holiday periods or times of increased demand, processing times might vary.
Upon the successful shipment of your order, you will promptly receive a notification via email. This notification will not only confirm the dispatch but will also provide updates in the unlikely event of any unforeseen issues or delays encountered with your order.
Our ultimate goal is to ensure timely delivery, aiming for your order to reach you within 5-7 business days following the completion of the processing period. Please note  this timeframe may also be subject to potential variations based on external factors such as shipping carriers, location, and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our immediate control.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We sincerely hope that you are overjoyed with your new Mill & Mooch. However, should there be any reason for dissatisfaction, we extend a 14-day return policy allowing you to send back your items in their original packaging, unused, for either a refund or an exchange.

Unfortunately, as a small-scale business, we are unable to cover the postage expenses associated with returning an item unless it has arrived damaged. In such unfortunate instances, we kindly request that you promptly contact us via email with the order number, accompanying photos, and a detailed description of the damage incurred. Rest assured, we are committed to resolving the issue swiftly and efficiently.

In the event of an incorrectly entered Shipping Address, we implore you to reach out to us immediately via email. However, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to process refunds for orders with inaccurately provided shipping details. Your timely notification is crucial to ensuring accurate delivery and a smooth transaction process.
Customized items, such as commissioned works and engraved pieces, are non-refundable and considered final sale, unless they are received in a damaged condition.

IMPORT FEES - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

When placing orders destined for the European Union (EU) or locations outside of the United Kingdom (UK), it's important to note the potential for incurring supplementary Import Fees. These fees are not factored into the "Checkout Total" during your purchase and remain the exclusive responsibility of the buyer.
Please be mindful of these potential additional charges when completing your international orders, as they may vary based on the destination country's customs regulations and import duties
